Kim Graffin and Graffin Associates have been indispensable to me over the last 2 years. I believe that most CPA’s are reasonably familiar with the law but Kim KNOW’S it! I think my last accountant used to guess at certain things and they were inclined to give me the safest answer on what to do but, Kim gives me direction and advice I’m confident in. Nicole has tactfully guided me to focus on the key areas of my business that were most important to my cashflow and, without her and Kim’s help, I may still be putting off my invoicing!  Although I’ve hired a fulltime office manager, Nicole, to her credit, STILL calls to remind me that sales tax is due…what a sweetheart!
